Star Stable Entertainment is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join the team! This is an exciting new opportunity where you will be a member of the Marketing team reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. We’re looking for someone who has experience in building brand and product strategies and roadmaps, launching games and marketing campaigns and managing live services across a variety of platforms. What you will do:

As the Director of Product Marketing you will be responsible for setting the multi-year brand and product strategies. You will define the brand identity, its personality and values, the target audience, how the product is positioned in the marketplace, the communication strategy and key performance indicators. In this role you will also:

- Provide player, product, market trends and competitive insight, understanding and expertise to identify opportunities to delight players and grow the business.
- Partner with development teams to build strategies, plans and priority KPIs for in-game/in-app content and service capabilities.
- Partner with key stakeholders across game, publishing, music, apps to evaluate and prioritise in-game/in-app integration opportunities across each IP.
- Represent the voice of the player by utilizing insights and analytics to influence product development and messaging to inspire players to dive into our magical world of Jorvik.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and tactics to build global marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness and fan love.
- Deliver the brand identity, creative direction and communications for all marketing campaigns.
- Lead, coach and enable a team of specialists across brand strategy, product marketing and brand execution.


Experiences and Qualifications:

- Ideally 7+ years of experience launching and/or managing brands within the video games and/ or consumer products or entertainment space.
- Depth of experience in major areas of marketing including brand strategy and product marketing, digital marketing, commercial activation or games as a service marketing.
- Experience in working with consumer, market and competitive insights to shape product strategy and position a product in the marketplace.
- Strong business acumen; able to evaluate business cases/ opportunities and prioritise them against business goals, player sentiment and brand awareness.
- Excels at establishing and fostering strong relationships, excellent abilities to provide clear and concise direction/feedback and strong stakeholder management.
- Customer centric and driven by the priority of exciting and delighting fans.
- Passionate people leader who is motivated by coaching and enabling people to do their best work.
