EMBEDDED C/C++ DEVELOPER

ALTEN is now looking for a new colleague to join our team of driven professionals working with the development of embedded systems for our clients’ products! In this role, you will work with hardware programming in cross-functional teams at our customers, which naturally places high demands on your communication skills. You will write code in C/C++ for embedded microcontroller applications and influence software design as well as specifications of future hardware products. To be successful, we would like to see that you meet the following requirements:

- M. Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Excellent skills in C/C++ coding.
- A strong fundamental knowledge of embedded processors as well as in-depth knowledge of real time operating system concepts.
- Good understanding of system architecture in an embedded environment.
- An analytical understanding of algorithms and mathematical implementation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Team-player with exceptional communication skills.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English.

It is also of merit if you possess any of the following:

- Experience from working with embedded system security.
- Experience from Telecom, Defense or Medical industries.
