About the job:

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Bolt. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant at Bolt, you work to support a broad range of administrative tasks for the Managing Director of Embedded Commerce at Bolt and Tipser Co-founder, as well as provide office management and backup administrative support to a team of 5-7 managers. During a typical workday, you will: manage the MD’s calendar and schedule both business and personal, draft and monitor emails, organize and attend meetings and ensure the MD is prepared for the meeting, coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, arrange external lunches and dinners; set up internal lunch meetings and coordinate personal events, as requested.

Furthermore, you’ll oversee the office needs for supplies, food deliveries, schedule and coordinate all aspects of business meetings and conference calls, including setting up conference rooms, welcoming and setting up guests, manage vendor and service provider relationships, maintain office setup, artwork, and the overall structure, assist in coordinating corporate events, execute additional special projects as requested and provide general administrative support to the office, as needed.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Assistant role in a professional environment
• Business level knowledge of English in speaking and writing
• Great knowledge in IT systems such as Google Suite and MS Office
Meritorious:
• Work experience from a fast-growing/changing working atmosphere, for example a tech start-up or scale-up
• A Bachelors’ Degree or above
• Any additional languages and/or international experience

For this position the personal characteristics are very important. You are a person who can prioritize conflicting needs, problem solve and be proactive. You are a structured person and have a highly organized way of working. Since Tipser and Bolt are merging, and you’ll be a part of a scale-up working environment you need the ability and desire to take independent ownership of various tasks and responsibilities. Therefore, you need the demonstrated ability to follow through on projects to successful completion.
