About the role
 
As part of a larger team, you will support and collaborate with the company professionals by providing invaluable assistance through various types of administrative assignments. You are expected to deliver high-quality service and build a successful structure in your daily work. Furthermore, you will work closely with other assistants, both within the team in the Nordic region and with assistant colleagues globally, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders.
 
The role includes, but is not limited to:
 

• Comprehensive diary management, arranging complex conference calls, meetings, and video conferences across multiple time zones
• Extensive planning and organizing of full logistics for all business travel; providing door to door service
• Inbox management as required
• Full administrative support; managing phone lines and initiating responses promptly, document scanning, printing, copying, co-ordination of signing and distributing documents, booking couriers and database management for contacts
• Process expense claims in adherence to company guidelines
 
Basic qualifications
 
We are looking for someone with a strong energy and drive who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is willing to provide tailor made support to Professionals with different needs. We believe you are approachable, respectful, and humble with a strong team work ethic.
 
Furthermore, we believe you have:
 

• At least upper secondary education
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Expertise in MS Office, particularly in Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Swedish and English
• A proactive and solution driven attitude with an ability to assume responsibility and follow through
• High level of discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail. You understand the importance of confidentiality.
• A professional, outgoing, and service oriented personality with both internal and external stakeholders
