Experienced South Indian Chef

We are looking for a South Indian chef who will work in a restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden.
The candidate MUST have the following cooking skills:
Ambur Biriyani, Chettinadu Biriyani, Dindigul Biriyani, Hyderabadi Biriyani and Thalassery Biriyani - both non-vegetarian and vegetarian.
Kerala Parotta, Veechu Parota, Kothu Parota.
South Indian curries based both non-vegetarian and vegetarian.

Eligible candidates MUST meet the following criteria: -
Valid work permit in Sweden.
Basic knowledge of English.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a South Indian Chef.
