We are now looking a Property and Facility Manager to a new post within the company for Fazer’s Shared Facility Services. Fazer’s bakeries are located in Eskilstuna, Lund, Lovik, Lidköping, Lövånger and Umeå. You will be part of the new organization and development and responsible for the management and operation of the properties.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Fazer’s property and facility service management activities regionally
- Manage the local property related investments and projects
- Manage in the local outsourced property and facility related services
- Ensure working environment standards are kept high
- Create and implement property and facility management practices and processes
- Run the regional and local facility service team inside the Swedish Shared Facility Services
- Lease contract management and negotiations in order to ensure the retail tenants needs


Din profil

We are looking for a self-propelled individual that has experience from project and facility management, preferably of production sites. You like the idea of having an operative role and focusing on the tenants needs. You have experience from maintenance work and commercial construction projects. Fluency in Swedish and English is a must as you will report to the Head of Facility Services in Finland. To succeed in the position, you need to have good technical knowledge of real estate and be a capable leader who likes to work operatively and be able to influence your team.
