About the Role
You will help shape and develop tenant-facing facility services in a modern multi-tenant innovation campus. This is a broad role where workplace experience, service quality, supplier collaboration, and operational structure all come together. You will work close to both tenants and service partners, with real influence over how services are designed, delivered, and continuously improved.
The role combines service development with commercial and operational responsibility. You will be involved in everything from service agreements and customer administration to onboarding, events, documentation, and follow-up of supplier performance. Job DescriptionYou will drive innovation and continuous improvement of tenant-facing facility services across shared areas and campus environments.
You will lead initiatives related to service processes, signage, workflows, operational routines, and documentation.
You will provide guidance to tenants on workplace and office management topics, including workplace regulations.
You will prepare proposals and manage service agreements, including updates, follow-up, and adjustments to service levels when needed.
You will maintain accurate customer records covering service levels, pricing, and operational details, and support invoicing frameworks and leasing-related matters when relevant.
You will manage supplier relationships and follow up on KPIs, SLAs, scope, and compliance expectations through reviews, audits, and development discussions.
You will oversee tenant onboarding and offboarding, support tenant care and engagement initiatives, and coordinate events together with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
You will support financial follow-up, cost verification, reporting, templates, guidelines, and internal coordination linked to supplier services and customer billing.
RequirementsMinimum three years of relevant experience in facility services, workplace services, property management, or a similar operational role.
Proven experience in supplier management, KPIs, compliance, service agreements, contract lifecycle management, and operational development.
Relevant post-secondary education in Facility Management, Property/Real Estate, or a related field.
Professional communication skills in English and Swedish.
Ability to work in a structured way, maintain accurate documentation, and lead multiple initiatives independently.
Nice to haveRelevant certifications in Facility Management, Property/Real Estate, or a related area.
Chinese language skills.
Experience with budgeting, cost structures, business models, and financial follow-up connected to services.
