In this role, you will act as a business partner to the Force Measurement Factory Manager to optimize financial performance within factory/site. Furthermore, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.
The position will be reporting to Business Line Force Measurement Operations Controller - ABB Measurement & Analytics.


Your responsibilities
Contributing to the definition of the strategy for the Force Measurement Business Line, serving as the key partner for the factory manager in determining strategy for area of responsibility, aligning with wider strategy, implementing, and adjusting in implementation as needed.
Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serving as the interface to Business Line Operations Controller. Monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. Identifying issues and advising management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency.
Identifying and communicating commercial and financial risks and opportunities related to business propositions.
Establishing and overseeing processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.



Your background
Min. 5 years of experience in finance and controlling, working as factory controller at a manufacturing site within a global organization.
Strong leadership & influencing skills.
Sound knowledge of finance tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP.
A collaborative, flexible, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
