ACL offers weekly container and roll-on/roll-off service between North America and Europe as well as North America and West Africa. Job description:

As Finance Manager you are responsible for local company accounting and monthly reports in compliance with Swedish VAT and tax legislation. You manage the finance team consisting of 5 employees and you will report to the European Finance Manager in the UK.

The role also includes responsibility for the HR policies and procedures in Sweden. This includes management of payroll, performance appraisals, job descriptions, recruitment, training and ensuring compliance with all labor laws.

You are also responsible for the working environment for employees and for the office building. You will be the Managing Director for the company for all legal purposes and a member of the management team.

Education and Experience:

Graduate degree in finance with 10 years experience in accounting
Experience and interest in managing and developing people
Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs
Experience of SAP is not essential, but an advantage
Fluency in Swedish and English
Good communication skills
Your personality:

Positive and responsive attitude
Good analytical skills
A good communicator
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships
