Job title: Financial Integration Manager

Location: Crawley, west Sussex

Quals/Experience required:
Must be recently qualified ACA (UK Chartered Accountant qualification) or equivalent, a self starter with strong initiative, ability to apply common sense thinking to solving problems, strong communication skills and ability to network, sound technical abilities, high level of commitment and adaptable and flexible work approach.

Responsibilities:
Will liaise with the parent company and implement across the Group financial reporting requirements and delegated authority procedure, to develop these as appropriate as the Group grows.
To work with the Finance teams of the Group's overseas subsidiaries to harmonise and improve financial reporting and processes.
Work closely with the finance team and CFO on key integration issues and strategy to ensure efficient operation and transparency across all levels of the Group.
Assist overseas subsidiaries in their liaison with Corporate Finance on specialist areas such as Taxation and Treasury.
To work with the Group's strategy department on new ventures to ensure their smooth integration into the Group.
Assist on internal audit assignments both in the UK and overseas.
To support the Corporate Finance team on specific initiatives and at key times such as year end, budgeting etc.
