Fleet Associate - Procurement Specialist

Main objectives
The Fleet Associate – Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and reliable procurement of fleet-related vehicles, equipment, and services to support Foodora’s rider and 3PL operations.
The role exists to:
Execute and support procurement activities for fleet assets and services in line with operational demand
Manage supplier interactions to ensure correct specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines
Support cost control and standardization across fleet-related purchases
Ensure procurement processes are followed, documented, and scalable as the fleet grows
Ensuring that procurement is in line with Pandora guidelines and policies

Qualifications
You preferably have a background in accounting or economics (Not mandatory)
Quick and sharp minded. You need to be able to process numbers, purchase orders, supplier onboardings and more at a quick phase
Thorough. Mistakes can be very expensive and add big costs
