About your job
As the product owner for our new Salesforce CRM, you drive development, operations, and value realization of SRP’s Future Sales and Service Program. You work closely with colleagues all over the globe to develop business capabilities that empower our frontline teams to deliver true customer value. You provide input and insight, linking value drivers and business impact to future Commercial Excellence initiatives and strategic CRM development.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing the global CRM development to transform prioritized business capabilities into globally aligned functional design and processes
Collaborate with Group IT to transform business priorities and best practices into CRM technical design and build new CRM functionality
Facilitating functional and technical CRM coordination across divisions and functions.
Owning, documenting, and sharing our CRM way-of-working to ensure successful releases, adoption and onboarding.
Leading overall CRM operations and release management to secure a stable and well-functioning platform as SRP’s main Commercial Excellence tool.
Leading the SuperUser community and executing regular trainings of both SuperUsers and End-Users.
Monitoring strategic, tactical, and operational KPI’s to provide FS2 and key business leaders with actionable insights.
Ensuring continuous cross-functional alignment with business functions and other stakeholders via pulse-checks and regular communication.

The preferred location for this role is Malmö, Sweden. For the right candidate other locations within the CET time zone can be considered.

About you
We’re looking for someone with a relevant University degree and several years of experience in a CRM role – leading medium to complex CRM initiatives in a large and/or multinational organization. You have previous experience from CRM rollouts and adoption initiatives. Experience from working in a Commerical Excellence role or function is preferred. Furthermore, You’re a Salesforce CRM expert, with minimum Salesforce Admin certification. Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred. Efficiency in the English language is a prerequisite and additional languages are an advantage.
You’re a team player, with a positive mindset and a proactive attitude, and possess the following key capabilities:
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels from frontline to management level
Organized and efficient when it comes to both planning and execution
Impact focused with an ability to take lead, follow through, and get things done
Ability to work both individually and as a team lead, also under time pressure, when necessary
