Global Human Resources Manager, Epiroc Supply Chain Organization

As the Global Human Resources Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute the People and Leadership strategy and action plan for the Supply Chain organization on a global level. This will be in alignment and close collaboration with Parts and Services HR VP to boost business performance and results. In this position, you will work closely with the Vice President Supply Chain and the Supply Chain Management Team in order to steer business strategy and change management forward. As this is a true global organization, you will also work in close collaboration with the local HR-departments to ensure local implementation and alignment.

Your mission
In this position, your core responsibilities will be to:
* Deliver a clear People and Leadership agenda that is in the forefront of the organization.
* Motivate a performance culture and continuous improvement.
* Secure that the Supply Chain Organization attracts, selects and develops the best talents to build high performing teams in alignment with the local HR-teams.
* Set and deliver a compensation and benefit strategy in alignment with the local HR-teams.
* Ensure that Supply Chain Organization has an exceptional pipeline of internal talent performing in their current roles and that are capable and motivated to develop into new roles in the company.
* Strengthen leadership to make sure Supply Chain Organization has leaders who actively work with People Management in order to create lasting results.
* Support the VP Supply Chain and Management team with organizational decisions and implementation.
* Ensure that the Supply Chain Organization has a lean and agile organizational design with the skills needed now and in the future.
* Ensure a learning culture with continuous development and growth.


You will report to Vice President HR Parts and Service Division with a dotted line to Vice President Supply Chain and be part of the Supply Management team.

Your profile
We believe you have a University degree within Human Resources or Organizational Management, or similar. As this is a global position, you are fluent in English, both verbal and in writing. You have prior experience of leading/working in a Global Human Resources function creating tangible business results. We see that you have experience in organizational design as well as experience from extensive international business networks.

You have a consciousness and appreciation of multi-cultural qualities on a global basis. We believe you run a commercial approach to HR delivery with the ability to identify risks and opportunities. You are a dynamic person with steady interpersonal and leadership skills. You have the ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders, and you steer with a positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach. You collaborate with a business proactive approach and you have the ability to drive improvements on daily basis.

Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden. Travel will be required, estimated 20%.
