Welcome to join our team at Global Supply Hub and Transportation as our Global Master Planner. We are a small, agile and skilled team with a positive attitude. In this newly established role you will work with our regionalized teams in US, Singapore and Sweden and your location is preferable Örebro. 
Our mission
The mission of the Global Supply Hub is to manage all information flows related to Global supply and distribution setup of global parts from suppliers into the Supply Chain network. The Global Supply Hubs (GSHs) manage the replenishment of Global Parts from external suppliers within the region for Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) located globally. The objective of the Global Supply Hub is to reduce the transport costs between different regions, optimize the supply/distribution flows and ensure supply from our external suppliers.
Your mission
 As Global Master Planner, your mission will be to consolidate the inputs from the regions and prepare global supply response to S&OP. You will work with S&OE and support with supplier related KPI´s. You will also keep the global network mapping updated and work with any violations. The role will also include to coordinate supply constraint between the regions based on forecast and priority and run forecast based scenarios in our global planning system as well as planning of the transportation capacity based on the expected forecast from regions. As this role is new development of the way of working is expected as a part in the role. 
Your profile
To enjoy the work as Global Master Planner, it is important that you have a genuine interest in technology, people, and teamwork as well as achieving results. You are attentive to details, organized and result- and solution oriented and have an ability to act and deliver in a dynamic environment. You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of supply chain and S&OP.

We see that you have a degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or other related degree. You have experience in global supply chain and global distribution systems and processes as well as experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management, and project management. You are used to working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Prior knowledge working with S&OP and MRP tools is a merit. As this role is global, strong English communication skill both verbal and written are required. Additional language skills are a huge asset. 
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
