Global Planning Manager

Are you comfortable with taking lead and pointing out directions? Do you have excellent communication skills and experience in planning processes? Atlas Copco Secoroc in Fagersta is now looking for a manager to the Global planning department.

The position is temporary until 2015-12-31, due to parental leave.

In this position the main responsibilities are to establish a planning process which is highly integrated with our division standard, and to take lead in and implement our global Sales- and Operation planning process. You are also responsible for developing and implementing a flight tower control center for global and local manufacturing flow, planning and control. You will be the manager for a team of three employees located in Fagersta but also have subordinates in other parts of the division, not reporting directly to you, whereas it is important to be able to lead without being the direct manager.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable in communicating with people on all levels of the organization. You need to have strong interpersonal skills along with a high sense of innovation and solving approach. We also believe that you enjoy engaging people by being a thorough planner and excellent executer.

Formal requirements are:
- A university degree within the technical or financial area and/or experience in planning which we determine to be equivalent.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent computer skills and experience in working in Movex.
