We are looking for a Global Product Quality Improvement Leader to drive and advocate proactive and predictive quality tools and ways of working across the global supply chain. What you'll do
The Global Product Quality Improvement Leader is a global network builder and enabler, aligning product management and local product quality leadership functions across the franchises, developing the PQR (Product Quality Review) operating mechanism, processes, and tools. You are expected to drive improvement and standardization by aligning current and future Cytiva best practices with DBS (Danaher Business System) ways of working to create a solid framework for product quality reviews.
The Global Product Quality Improvement Leader will be working closely with product management to facilitate creation of science-based product quality targets. The role will support product management by analyzing performance baselines and help the PM:s to set relevant targets for improvements, aligned with expected outcomes from any product/process care initiatives.
The role will build a global quality network across the Global Supply Chain Sites, including Product Quality Leaders, QA representatives, CHU groups (complaint handling units) to drive best practice sharing, standardization, and quality development.
Tasks:
Developing & standardizing Product Quality Review OpMech. and metrics
Working with PM:s to set science based product quality targets.
Aligning quality efforts across franchises and manufacturing sites – Creating a Proactive Quality “Hub”
Building a product quality network across GSC (site PQ leaders, QA, CHU groups etc)
Aligning DBS tools and Cytiva ways of working
Supporting with training and best practice sharing as well as training users in proper data analytics

Who you are
Preferably Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality / Engineering/ Statistics) or at least 6 years of related experience
Minimum of 5 additional years of work experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, R&D or supply chain roles.
High standard of communication, both verbal and written in English with excellent influencing skills
Communicator and Network builder with strong analytic skills and the ability to work in a global matrix organization.
Practical experience from quality engineering/Six Sigma to be able to act as Quality Ambassador
Ability to plan and manage a range of priorities, and deliver projects to deadline, within an agreed/defined standard as well as the ability to identify new and creative solutions to business challenges
An established global contact network within Cytiva as well as hands on experience of Cytiva processes is considered a plus.
