As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Instabee, you will have a vital role in driving the accomplishment of our ambitious recruitment objectives. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering collaboration across various departments in our organization. As a key member of our dynamic, innovative, and highly skilled team, you will report directly to the People Strategy department.

In this role, you will lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function guiding them to develop effective strategies and achieve successful outcomes. Stay updated on talent acquisition trends and implement tools and technologies to enhance recruitment processes. Build strong partnerships with leadership teams to understand talent needs and develop innovative hiring strategies.  

Manage relationships with external partners, measuring success and optimizing collaborations. Drive key metrics and goals, such as reducing time-to-fill and increasing diversity. Conduct team meetings, provide guidance, and support professional development. Maintain open communication with HR and other stakeholders, aligning strategies and delivering high-quality candidates. Oversee senior-level recruitment, focusing on acquiring top executive talent. 

By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the success of Instabee's talent acquisition function and foster a high-performing team that drives the company's growth. 


To excel in this role, it is essential to embody a combination of key qualities. These include being responsive, demonstrating a coaching approach and possessing strong communication skills. In addition, it is crucial to possess the ability to captivate and persuade others. These attributes will enable you to effectively address the needs of colleagues, managers and stakeholders, guide and develop your team, communicate with clarity and impact, and influence others in a compelling manner. 

·   Minimum of 7-10 years of Talent Acquisition-related experience, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership position. 

·   Proven track record in leading and executing Talent Acquisition efforts across multiple geographic locations. 

·   Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with external candidates and senior business leaders confidently. 

·   Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a flexible and creative approach to overcoming challenges. 

·   Experience in leading and developing team members. 

·   Highly organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

·   Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. 

·   Is an advantage of having been a part of a tech scale-up atmosphere.  

·   Experience of building and developing a Talent Acquisition function.
