Graphic designer/web developer at IBS

We are looking for a graphic designer and web developer who will join a small but efficient team of marketing professionals.Our customers are IBS subsidiaries all over the world.You must be fluent in both written and spoken English and have a working knowledge of other cultures to help relate to the needs of our highly-diverse customers.Additional languages are an asset. You are: A creative design professional with acute visual skills.Good at typography and have a sharp eye for graphic details.You have basic programming knowledge and a willingness to further develop those skills.You have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and can work with short deadlines.You know when your time is well-spent in finely crafting the most important things, while being able to make savvy quick judgments in accomplishing the little things.You like working independently as well as synthesizing the diverse input of colleagues.You love the Web, understand today's "marketing mix" and like to look at opportunities in fresh ways. You will work with: WEB DESIGN.Concept development and hands-on execution of IBS.net and our e-marketing newsletters.Be able to design and execute Flash, and have knowledge of HTML, XML, VB script, JSP/ASP and .NET to develop our Tridion CMS system.GRAPHIC DESIGN.Hands-on design work for our marketing communications (brochures, newsletters, print advertising, labels, signage, powerpoint) but also occasionally trade show displays, product graphics, and other three-dimensional media.Your competence: . University degree in design/programming or equivalent work experience.. A background at an advertising agency and/or in-house studio is an asset.. Familiarity with magazine layout an advantage.
