The Franchise team hold full responsibility for the results and growth in markets operated through franchise partners. This role is crucial to secure a strong and direct cooperation and enable support to the franchise partners that represent H&M in local markets.
Job Description
In partnership with the H&M Brand and the dedicated Franchise team you will set and drive the Rewind and Fast Forward strategy. The main task and responsibility of the role is to optimize the growth and profitability for the function and for our external partners through proactive business controlling. You will also be responsible for the coordination and prioritization for supporting functions to our franchise partners. Primarily Accounting, Logistics and IT development
Key Responsibilities
Drive profitable and sustainable growth in your function with an Omni mindset
Together with the franchise team you set strategies for maximizing the profit of the franchise function and implement strategies to reach them.
You ensure and support a profit mind set in your function and in the franchise organization.
You have full control of the growth and profit status and take actions necessary to secure a success.
You support our franchise partners in optimizing operational profit and future growth.
You maintain and develop the revenue stream of the franchise function and is part of establishing and renewing contracts with new and existing external partners.

Secure correct administration
Ensure correctness of accounting and finance activities in your function.

Be a leader
Guide and support franchise partner organizations to establish, maintain and grow an organization that is compatible with the one of H&M and that mirror our profitability mind set.
Develop peers and colleagues in franchise partner organizations by setting expectations, sharing knowledge and providing training opportunities.
Motivate and inspire your team and other functions that support the franchise organization and our franchise partners.

Qualifications
To be a successful candidate:
You have extensive experience from H&M, achieving results beyond expectations in your current position and are recognized as a true role model who engages others in our values.
You have a background that provides you with a thorough and holistic understanding of the retail business, preferably both on an operational and strategic level.
You have preferably experience from country- or central controlling within the past 5 years.
You have preferably experienced in running multiple markets simultaneously in your previous roles.
You have preferably experience from online operations and a good understanding of the possibilities to optimize the omni results.
You have knowledge and understanding of how to collaborate with other functions in Global and Region/Country organization in order to drive results.
You have solid leadership experience, a firm “customer first” mindset and strong strategic abilities, you can easily see the bigger picture, set the right priorities for yourself and lead others to do so too.
You stay calm and true to yourself even under great stress and high pressure.
You are able to travel and in order to optimize your development you are flexible to move.
You are fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Additional information
This is a fulltime assignment based in Stockholm and you will become a part of the Franchise management team.
