We are looking for a Head of Cybersecurity to lead and evolve the cybersecurity community at WirelessCar. In this role you will lead the work to further strengthen the cybersecurity and data privacy within WirelessCar and in the deliveries to our customers. You will head up the cybersecurity team, which is responsible for the global cybersecurity function - including strategy & roadmaps, data privacy management, security risk management, security architecture and awareness.

Who are you?

- You have experience from working with Cybersecurity in a software development organisation
- You are good at promoting new concepts and ideas to stakeholders and customers at all levels
- You embrace change, new challenges and find value in motivating and inspiring others.
- As a leader you have a strong appreciation for servant leadership, transparency and agile methods


Required Competence:

- Experience with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, UN R155, ISO 21434

- Experience with data privacy regulation such as GDPR, CCPA, PIPL
- Experience with leading people
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of IT security and the tools & technology needed to implement them.
- Experience with risk analysis, management and treatment
- Fluent English, in both oral and writing
- A university degree in computer science or similar



Valuable Competence:

- Experience with implementing management systems for information and cyber security

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP
- Working experience with agile software development and principles
- Previous experience working in CISO role
- Experience in automotive industry, connected vehicles or IoT solutions
- Fluent German in both oral and writing is valuable
