The role

You will be the key player to take our brand and our growth to the next level. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing and executing our marketing and communication strategy and advertising initiatives. To set marketing goals and objectives, manage the marketing budget and determine KPIs are also part of this role.

As the Head of Marketing & Communication, you will be required to propose and execute necessary steps to increase awareness about us among potential partners with the goal of generating qualified leads to our product managers who has the commercial responsibility towards our partners.

Since we are a relatively small but fast growing team you will need to be able to switch from strategic to hands-on-production tasks with ease.

Who you are

We are looking for a marketing specialist who understands and can combine both branding and growth in the SaaS industry. You are used to working B2B on a Nordic market. You are confident to act as a marketing expert to support the CEO and management team in these questions.

We think that you are a driven, open-minded and pragmatic person that takes responsibility and ownership. You are creative, bold and ambitious with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have to be able to work in a changeable and fast paced environment where things are not always set in place.

Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in marketing and/or sales.
- Experience of B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Experience from working with marketing automation (preferably in HubSpot).
- Experience from working with or in a startup(s).
- Experience of managing different supplier relations for example with PR and Web agencies.
- Analytical skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Friendly, curious and a can-do, problem-solving attitude.
