About the role
As Head of Marketing in Sweden, you will work closely together with your 5 marketing employees in Sweden, the Market Unit (MU), leadership team and sales teams. Together you will identify and evaluate customer and market needs!

You will be part of a global marketing leadership team representing Sweden and report to the Head of Global Marketing. The position is in Sweden and based at the Columbus Stockholm office. But, since Columbus is a global company, you will work a lot towards the international market and together with the global marketing managers within different business lines. Your responsibility includes ensuring that the global marketing initiatives and campaigns deliver results in Sweden and further for supporting local leadership and sales initiatives in order to build the Columbus brand.

You will also work with the MU leadership team to identify what marketing strategies and initiatives we should prioritize in Sweden. The role is both strategic and operational and you will be the hub of planning and coordination, while making sure your employees get the guidance and advice that they need. This includes setting project teams and inspiring your employees to deliver results! 🎯

About you
We believe that you are an analytical and creative person who is passionate about creating communication and who enjoys driving marketing projects from A to Z! You are well structured and an efficient communicator in an international setting and likes to keep a holistic perspective. To be successful and enjoy this role you need to have a strong team mindset and a genuine interest for digital marketing.

We dream about someone who has experience in:
- Creating and executing (digital) B2B marketing leads generating campaigns
- Communications and content creation and an understanding of copy, video and design
- Strong abilities within marketing project management and working with external marketing vendors
- People management within marketing
- Keeping a international mindset with excellent language skills in Swedish and English


So what will you be doing in this role?
You will be part of creating & executing local marketing activities and make sure that we follow up both our global and local marketing campaigns and activities. Analyzing and understanding the market and solution trends and customer needs is also part of the role, this to be able to translate these into effective value propositions, communication and campaigns 📈. You will also be the driver and enabler for the MU website, social media communications, customer satisfaction program and master data in CRM and hubspot. Finally, we hope that you enjoy budgeting, because you will be responsible for managing the marketing budget in Sweden!
