What we offer
We now have an exciting opportunity at our site in Olofström, where we are seeking a Head of People Experience (PX) to lead our PX team and be a vital part of the Volvo Car Body Components management team. 
Our local PX team is supporting the local line organisation with operational, tactical and strategic HR activities on our journey.

What you’ll do
One of the main areas is to drive business transformation with focus on HR strategic activities influencing the business agenda. You will work to identify the organisational capabilities required to execute the business strategy, champion the HR initiatives in the business unit and translate business needs and improvement areas into HR requirements and actions.

You will be a part of both the local Plant Management team as well as a part of the global Manufacturing PX team. In close collaboration together with these teams you will develop, and support actions linked to improved organisational efficiency and increased performance.

You will engage, coach, and develop our local team of PX partners and specialists, to deliver on the people strategy. 

As an experienced and senior HR leader, you will be a key driver in the change journey where you act proactively in collaboration with many stakeholders.


Who are you?
We are looking for a true leader with strong communication skills that create clarity and an open and trusting environment. You are result driven and structured in your approach. You have an outstanding capability to engage with different stakeholders and balance responsibilities in a matrix organization.

To be successful in this role you are a skilled people manager with extensive leadership experience who is self-aware, inclusive, and very experienced in change management. 

As a part of the management team, we see that you have excellent ability to create trustful relations and collaboration with all kind of stakeholders and ability to challenge your environment in a balanced way. You have strong integrity and are not afraid to address difficult issues. You drive change and implementation with energy, courage, and commitment. 

You have a university degree within Human Resources and experience from HR in complex and international business environments. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written.

Your ability to understand purpose and business objectives and balance a global environment with the daily operations is a success factor in this role.
