We are passionate about our customers and products and we are now looking for equally passionate Head of Planning. You will work with many functions of the business and as an integral contributor to a team and brand creating rapid growth, your job will be fast paced and constantly evolving. The role will be reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Your Future
Proactively work with all departments and necessary stakeholders within the organization to balance supply and demand of products.
Develop, monitor and set KPI targets for the department to ensure that the department meets the overall business and financial goals of the company
Responsible for all planning activities – including tools, resources, instructions and coordination.
Responsible for the pre-season, in-season, post-season product management.
Continuously developing and streamlining processes as the business evolves to move the Planning department forward
Provide fast and qualified reporting and support for insight-driven decision-making.
Lead, coach, inspire and develop the team within the planning department

Your Past & Your Skills
Bachelor’s degree in related field
2-5 year of fashion merchandise planning experience
Familiarity with the data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google analytics etc.
Flexible approach to be able to adjust to constantly changing needs of the business
High degree of attention to detail and problem solving skills
Highly organized and good prioritization skills
Fluent in English, both speaking and in writing
