⭐️ The Opportunity
As our Head of Product, you will be part of a rapidly growing company and team. You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with the other teams at Datia and impact strategy, product and sales. This is the first dedicated product role in the company with a broad impact and responsibilities.

Introduce and formalize the product function in the organization
Over time, build and manage the product team
Work with a product that drives more capital towards sustainable investments
Work with a highly diverse team from different nationalities and backgrounds

📚 Your Work
This is a role with a broad set of responsibilities. You will be working closely with the founders, product team, and sales. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Keep up to date with regulatory developments within finance/sustainability.
Work with the engineering and design team to develop the product roadmap
Develop relationships with key customers
Collaborate on marketing, messaging, and positioning of our product
Scale Datia's product internationally
Drive planning, prioritization, and execution

You have an interest in Sustainability and Finance
Experience building and leading product teams, including managing and developing people
Tech savvy and excel at analytical thinking
Experience with B2B SaaS products
Deep appreciation for design and engineering
Experience running experiments across the conversion funnel
Experience running agile rituals, sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups.
