In this role, you will take ownership of and lead the Procurement strategy department and its deliverables:
-    Own and facilitate the continues work on the Strategic direction, business excellence and capability roadmap.
-    Run the procurement Transformation Program and monitoring progress.
-    Build up and run the procurement strategy team.
-    Set the Procurement direction on how to work with the Commodity business plans where cross company collaboration is key.
-    Procurement Risk management governance and development.
-    Affiliates & partners, team be the point of contact.
-    Manage people and their competence development.
-    Manage procurement best practices.

You and your skills
You have documented leading experience from procurement or strategy function. 
You are a charismatic leader. With a strong commitment and determination that gives you and the team the ability to work successfully towards goals that are needed, you enjoy developing both people and teams.
You have demonstrated experience in leading and coaching people and teams through transformation programs.
You have the ability to formulate an organizational vision and long-term strategy and proven track record in leading procurement teams in transformation.
Strong networking and collaboration ability to drive strategy direction and remove barriers to implementation for the law. Working in a global and multitasking environment is where you thrive. This stimulates you to develop the business and yourself towards higher goals. Overall, you are a sincere person with high integrity who enjoys working close to the most important stakeholders towards common goals.
Global experience, preferably in multinational OEM companies is a plus.
Management consulting experience is a plus.
You must have a commercial or technical university degree.
