Job description

HR Business Partner Luleå


The role


As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for all HR activities at the Hill-Rom site in Luleå to ensure a corporate culture of engagement, innovation and performance. A HR Coordinator will assist you and you will be part of the international HR organization reporting to Ken Sjögren, HR Director Nordic and Benelux. 


In Luleå Hill-Rom develops, manufactures and markets mainly mobile and stationary (overhead) patient lifts, slings and other lifting accessories. There are approx. 120 employees at the site and you will be part of the local management team.


You will act as a business partner and assists leaders by implementing human resource initiatives, processes, policies and programs to continuously improve business performance, long-term competitiveness, and employee satisfaction. You will run several personnel activities such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance & Talent Management, Health & Safety. 


Work tasks and responsibilities will also include

* To build partnerships with leaders to understand and communicate business needs and demonstrate how HR creates value for their business
* Manage the talent management and succession planning process to identify high achievers and develop their succession plans
* Identify training and development priorities within the organization, provide appropriate programs, and support leaders in their efforts to track the success of initiatives
* Support the implementation of organizational restructurings that improve business performance in sales and profitability
* Provide consistency within remuneration and benefits policies and procedures in line with local markets and internal justice
* Ensure the management of pay and performance review processes and employee compensation in accordance with corporate policies and local requirements


Profile


We are looking for you with an academical degree within HR, Communication or equivalent. You have at least 5 years’ experience of work within the field of HR, preferable in an international matrix organization and are confident in supporting managers in various HR processes. Experience from a manufacturing industry and from LEAN is valuable.


You have experience from change work and skills development and good knowledge of labor law and legislation around HR processes, you´re also able to translate these into practical solutions. Your communications skills are excellent in both English and Swedish.

You are a team player with good cooperative ability and creates trust with managers and employees.  We believe you are structed, open and a positive problem solver. You are used to an independent way of working and to deliver high quality in an environment where you are expected to be flexible and take initiative.
