HR Business Partner till Xlash Cosmetics // Stockholm

We are searching for an innovative and experienced HR Business Partner to support our strategic growth plans as well as our people and development needs at Xlash Cosmetics ✨


- Responsible for processes for recruitment, onboarding, development, and implementation
- Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
- Drive issues within the work environment, staff development and labor law
- Responsible for administration, creating reports, and follow-up on KPI's
- Work both on strategic levels and hands-on to empower our culture and brand


Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in other HR work
- Academic background in HR or another relevant subject
- International work experience is a plus
- Excellent communicator with high verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
- Data-driven and comfortable in a very digital working place
