As HR Change Portfolio Manager you will be leading and coordinating activities to improve the competitiveness of HR Services (HRS) in cooperation with relevant stakeholders. The HR Change Portfolio Manager will manage an efficient and effective funnel for processing change requests for HR Services. The other focus area is to manage the HR Services Service Catalogue and you will be responsible for central coordination of activities connected to the service definition, service levels and charge out to the Vattenfall organisation.

Main tasks, responsibilities
As HR Change Portfolio Manager you are part of the Operational Excellence team and reports to the Director of Operational Excellence. The Operational Excellence team is a small global team of experts operating across our different countries. You can expect to be especially engaged in our operations in Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands.

Key deliverables and activities:
Coordinate the change request process for all processes in HRS – both internal and together with external suppliers where applicable
Secure appropriate decision making and governance for change management
Secure relevant KPI reporting connected to management of the change portfolio
Consolidate relevant change portfolio topics for feed in – and alignment to – the yearly business plan process for HRS
Being a partner to the managers within HRS through leading and coaching activities and securing a holistic view and overall value for HR Services.
Maintaining the HR Services service catalogue incl business alignment
Feed in to the charge out process
Actively contribute to effective and efficient governance structures – both internal and with external providers.


Your characteristics and qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Work life experience from creating and managing processes and structures for portfolio- and change management
Understanding of charge out models and service level agreements
Experience and understanding of Shared Services Operations.

Skills in the usage of Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel, is a merit. As well as experience as a consultant and/or experience from an international matrix organization.
