As our HR Manager Nordics you will work closely with the Senior Managers and their Management teams. Your scope includes Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden with a size of approx. 450 employees.
This is a temporary position which will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden and you report to the CHRO in Baar, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the local management team and employees to deliver effective HR services in relation to all elements of the employee lifecycle.    
Coach and lead a team of 3 HR Specialists
Implement and drive core HR processes, projects and initiatives within region of responsibility (e.g. promotions, annual salary reviews, bonus etc.)
Drive recruitment and the on-boarding process.
Update and maintain local HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they integrate effectively with global policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance to local data privacy laws and internal control requirements.
Undertake global HR project work as required.
Union related matters and labor relations.
Ensure completion of HR administration for the region.
Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business degree
8+ years operational Human Resources experience as a HR Generalist
Experience in an international environment
Strong knowledge of employment law/regulations and social security within region of responsibility
Experience in managing complex employee relations matters
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and 1 other Nordic language
