Jobdescription

We are recruiting our next HR Manager to drive the HR Agenda at Sika Sweden. The overall goal for the HR Manager Sweden is lead and manage the strategic, and operative human resources management in SIKA Swedensupporting the overall business goals. The HR Manager must also warrant and manage a leadership and talent pipeline and ensure that performance tools and HR processes are implemented, anchored and leveraged in favour of a functioning talent management process. The HR Manager is a member of the Swedish management team and reports directly into the General Manager Sweden as well as dotted report line into the EMEA HR located in Zürich, Switzerland.

The HR Manager Sweden is responsible for the full HR cycle, Attract, Recruit, Develop, Retain and Terminate in Sika Sweden. It is important in this role to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and to coach, support and guide our leaders in HR related queries. The HR Manager is also responsible for the Office Management including reception.

Background & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years qualified HR experience from international companies.
• Very good knowledge of English and the Swedish language.
• Considerable knowledge of HR processes.
• Experience from being a part of a Management team.
• Experience from Union negotiations and is a must and knowledge from Tjänstemannaavtalet is meriting, preferably IKEM
• Proven track record of objectively coaching employees and leaders.
