HRIS Manager

As a HRIS Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the HRIS team. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders you will identify opportunities to drive continued improvements in operational efficiencies whilst helping maintain exceptional customer service.
What you’ll do
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.
Manages requests for process improvements, system enhancements, and the development and/or purchase of new software applications.
Ensures that applications integrate into existing and planned infrastructure.
Support all HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and HR end users in the use of HRIS applications.
Listen to customer needs and explain complex technical issues and solutions in a plain and common descriptive manner.
Act as a thought partner with stakeholders to continuously improve processes, define, implement and execute on HRIS strategy.



Who you are
Previous work experience in an HRIS or a similar environment, ideally Workday
Proven experience with multifaceted projects
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on developing talent within the organization.
Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution, networking, continuous improvement, and technical skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize/handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment
Ability to manage teams and employees to drive organizational performance
Ability to build a cohesive team while maintaining productivity
Ability to develop and implement operational and organizational strategies
Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership on issues and identify when escalation is needed
Ability to identify patterns that could indicate systemic issues
Exceptional attention to detail and ownership of tasks and deliverables
