Founded in 1999. MINDSHIFT is a markedly international Human Resource & Organisation (HR&O) consulting firm based in Stockholm, comprised of six consultants with diverse professional backgrounds in business and human resources. We assist our clients in building and maintaining their human capital and transforming HR into a business partner. MINDSHIFT provides both strategic and operational advisory services to international corporations in a variety of industries. As a Human Resource Management Consultant at MINDSHIFT you will work as a team member on strategic and operational HR&O consulting projects. You will analyse the development needs of our clients in order to support them with the design and implementation of effective people-management strategies and processes. Your role includes analysing external information along with information provided by the client; preparing insightful presentations and reports; and participating in transformational presentations and workshops. You have an academic education within business or human resources and at least two years of experience in consulting, HR, or organisational development; more consulting experience is a plus. We believe you have worked in an international environment, and that your work may have included some form of marketing or sales-another plus. You have strong communication skills in English and Swedish; as Finland is one of our primary markets, fluency in Finnish is desirable, although not a requirement. You have worked extensively with PowerPoint and Excel. To succeed with us you need to be independent and flexible, with a strong drive. You have an entrepreneurial attitude, a focus on the customer, and strong project management and analytical skills. You are an effective communicator, and are able to interact with and support individuals at all levels of an organisation.
