The Role As Product Manager you will have an important role in providing our customers with efficient solutions for dairy cows.In this work you will benefit from the know-how of the Product Specialists, Sourcing Specialists, market organisations and our global network of suppliers that you will work in close co-operation with.As Product Manager you are part of the Portfolio Farm Supply & Barn Equipment management team. Key responsibilities Your main task is to secure delivery of products and systems, ready for sale, installation and service, on time.It will be your responsibility to both phase in and phase out products, basing decisions on input from sales and marketing departments around the world.The position also includes motivating product development and co-operating with the R&D, Procurement and Production departments - safeguarding quality and delivery on time.As Product Manager you have a global responsibility for the profitability of your product group and you are expected to maximize the vertical profit margin of your part of the Global assortment. Requirements .University degree in business management, agriculture, or engineering .A minimum of three years experience in a relevant working field .Fluency in English - written and spoken .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to interact in cross functional as well as cross cultural teams .Good understanding of the requirements of modern dairy business .Commercial mindset We appreciate: .Project management skills .Sales and marketing experience from similar business .Other language skills The position is based at DeLaval global headquarters in Tumba, Stockholm, but international travelling is required.In this recruitment Delaval is working with Resursbemanning.
