Junior Product Developer - H&M Divided

We are looking for a Junior Product Developer to our Divided Collection department where you will work with the Divided Collection, be part of a fast pace environment and work with youthful and edgy products that welcome everyone. Our customers are fashion-conscious young women between the age of 15 to 21 that flock to Divided for clothing that expresses the most current in fashion. All products are to be in line with the division’s trends and keys to build a strong assortment that will be sold in all our sales countries – all over the world.




Job Description


As a Jr Product Developer, you will be focusing on product development and drive work towards our production team in an efficient and sustainable way. You will organize and execute the product development method and process with support from the Product Developer. With a clear and efficient component and product development you contribute to meaningful growth and profitability on the department. Your work will enable our customer to look and feel at their best! To do this you will work in close collaboration with the Product Developer, Product Manager, Product and Material team and the Supply chain team.




Qualifications


Degree within textile, buying, retail business
Minimum 1 year work experience from developing commercial and profitable retail products
Fashion Product/Component knowledge
A true passion for the Divided customer
Flexible mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, short and long term goals
Strong organizing and prioritizing skills
A true team player and great communicator
Result-oriented and strong business growth mindset

This is a 1 year temporary position at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
