Chef to Links Golf Öland – summer 2020




We are seeking a chef to our restaurant for seasonal employment during the summer 2020, 4 – 6 months (April to October).


You shall be able to independently handling purchase of grocery, cook “á la cart-lunches” and dinners as “set menue”, be responsible for and some times cook breakfast buffé. Besides of this you will tutor less experienced kitchen staff.


You are a driven chef with the experience working independently as a chef, preferable with “fine dining”. We appreciate experience of menue planning, kitchen economy and good knowledge of food hygiene.


We are applying monthly salary of approximately SEK 35.000 for full time depending on experience.


Linkd Golf Öland is not only a golf course, but a genuine links course – look at our website for more information (www.linksgolfoland.se). The premises have about 50 beds, a restaurant and bar.
