Committed to strengthening our Human Resources team, ABB Sweden is currently looking for a Leadership Learning Partner who would by engaging with the different business stakeholders effectively practice and collaborate in the delivering of bringing best in class Leadership Learning solutions to the organization that would maximize the learner’s experience and enhance their ability to grow and to develop. Your responsibilities
Working closely with Talent & Learning and HRBP in the different businesses to gain a shared understanding of the associated business client’s strategic priorities, key success factors and contributing to the organization as a whole, to ensure Leadership Learning activities and decisions align with the current and future business needs.
Facilitating to Leadership Learning global programs using best in class learning practices and methodologies.
Delivering sustainable development solutions that support improving employees’ ability to effectively learn.
Coaching and mentoring other learning partners to cross-train and ensure consistent delivery of standard global programs.
Using data-based evidence to influence and shape line leaders' perceptions about employees' learning needs and about appropriate learning solutions.
Monitoring program budgets and costs to ensure program-related expenses are accurately managed and processed.
Ensuring Leadership Learning Strategy is compliant with local regulations when applicable.

Your background
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Organizational Development, HR and/or Adult Education.
Experience in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development, is desirable.
Experience in Leadership Program design and Leadership Program facilitation/delivery.
Consulting experience is an advantage.
You bring a good portion of pragmatism, decisiveness and willingness to develop solutions.
Your high commitment, resilience and flexibility will help you to develop solutions even for challenging topics.
You are a good communicator and able to work in a team.
You are ready to travel in minimum 35% percent of your work time.
Fluency in English language as well as knowledge of the native language of the regional area being represented, both in written and spoken, is a requirement.
