Vattenfall Business Services Nordic is an internal provider of support functions for the Vattenfall Business Units within the Nordic region.We are a shared service center, and our mission is to deliver cost effective and value added services to the Nordic Business Units and Business Group functions.Main areas of service include IT Applications, Facility Management & Services, Real Estate Asset Management, HR-Services, Com Services, Purchasing and Accounting.We presently employ over 600 people in Sweden, Finland and Denmark.The Lean Concept The Lean Concept originates from Toyota and aims at eliminating waste.Waste, which is defined by the customer, is systematically identified and analyzed through the empowering and engaging of all employees on a daily basis.This systematically approach aims to establish a culture of continuous improvements to realize productivity benefits.VBSN management team has decided to rollout the Lean concept and is now looking for a Lean Owner.The role The Lean Owner role will be responsible for -Responsible for the role out of Lean within VBSN -Own and develop the VBSN Lean Deployment Model -Coach and coordinate the Lean Navigators regarding Lean methods and change management -Secure competence development among Lean Navigators In addition to this the Lean Owner will have a central part in spreading the word of Lean, promoting the concept within Shared Service but also within Vattenfall.The Lean Owner reports to the Head of Shared Service Development.Qualifications .We believe you have an academic degree or equivalent educational background .You have experience of leading roles, both line and project management is meriting .You have experience from implementing Lean in service-based organizations and a solid understanding of the lean concept..A formal education or certification in Lean is a merit .Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Swedish is required.Knowledge in Finnish and/or Danish is a merit We are looking for an individual with .People and organizational focus .Ability to influence others .The ability to understand the challenges of change .Excellent co-operation skills and an open mind The position is located in Stockholm, Råcksta.
