Lean Process Development Manager, Forest Division

We are looking for a Lean Process Development Manager to drive process excellence in Forest Division and take an active role in process development together with our country units in Finland, Sweden and Baltic. Your location will be either Sweden, Finland or Baltic and you will be working in Forest Division. You will report to SVP Innovation and development.

About the position
As a Lean Process Development Manager we expect you to quickly grasp a view of the current as-is situation. Together with the management and country units create a balanced process development roadmap supporting the Forest Division strategy. You will be responsible to identify and analyze business process to be improved and apply the Lean principles across the Forest Division. Your tasks also include to improve operational efficiency by plan, develop and implement process solutions and identify risks and issues in business processes and systems.


Other responsibilities:
• Initiate and drive systematic definition and follow-up of relevant KPIs in processes
• Support and continuously improve the development of end-to-end KPIs reflecting customer demand, customer experience performance and supply chain responsiveness.
• Initiate and drive problem solving, when deviations occur
• Support and drive an environment of continuous improvement
• Drive the idea management in Forest Division with WeNovate software
• Coordinate audit plans and follow-ups in Forest Division

We are looking for strong lean and process experience with good ability to create and develop process excellence culture. As a person you are a good leader and communicate efficiently with various stakeholders and handle changes and challenges in a professional manner. You are good at solving problems and analytic. This position requires travelling.

Skills and qualifications required in this role:
• You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Have an academic degree
• Strong experience (minimum 5-7 years) in process development preferably in multiple business environments
• Practical experience in lean tools and in implementing lean principles
• Experience in working with ERP systems
• Experience of driving continuous improvement
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Practical skills in process and value stream mapping
• Experience of driving continuous improvement
• Practical skills in analyzing and interpreting process data
