Develop digital learning methods and drive our change transformation
We are looking for a Learning Specialist who wants to work with learning science, competence development and selecting different digital channels to reach optimal learning. Our team are investigating which are the future digital channels to be used for learning. If you would like to contribute to our journey, then this could be the next step for you!
In this role you will focus on competence development strategy together with the Portfolio owners and the Academy. You will be responsible for the quality as well as the continuous improvement work of the learning strategy including benchmarking with other industries and being scouting on new learning technologies.
You will be part of a diverse and international team with the opportunity to develop as an individual, contribute to develop the team capabilities and build a global network.
What you will do:
As Learning Specialist, you will:
· Ensuring there is a structured approach for qualitative learning applied across all the activities within training.
· Be responsible to define and ensure that models and methods are continuously improved for competence development, based on the latest technology and science within the learning industry.
· Support business stakeholders in translating user needs into tool requirements. Set reusability standards for content across the multiple forms of media.
· Leads or participates in the design and development of learning experiences, including managing a sub-project or stand-alone project.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.
You will report to our Systems and Data Manager in Services Operations also based in Lund.
Who you are:
We seek a person with great interpersonal skills, showing own drive, providing structured work, communicating-, collaborating and engaging well on all levels of organization.
We believe you have:
· University degree within engineering, learning or similar.
· Fluent in English both written and verbally.
· Around 5 years of experience working with the learning process, learning methods and/or learning tools and especially worked with digital learning development.
· Previous experience from food-, manufacturing- or similar industry is meritorious.
· Technical interest or understanding and likes to stay updated with new digital tools.
