Job Summary
Your mission will be to set the strategy for tools, systems and training development to accelerate Next Generation Training Strategy that the organization of Next Generation Competence Development is driving to meet 2030 strategy within Tetra Pak Services. We are looking for someone eager to embrace the transformation to create an easily accessible competence development offer to accommodate diverse learning methods and needs of Tetra Pak field-force and customer staff.
This is a strategical and crucial role to enhance a modern learning culture that focuses on the needs of learners and support the development of the businesses of maintenance, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of Tetra Pak Services solutions by securing the best solutions for a great learning experience.
We are looking for a dynamic and engaged leader responsible for the development of learning solutions (as courses and Learning Journeys) to develop the competences of Services field force and of Tetra Pak customers’ staff.
This position reports to Next Generation Competence Development Director, Elena Lubrano. You will be part of a team of leaders with a strong mission for transformation, learning and unlearning to innovate the field force competence development and keep it at best-in-class level as it has been in the last 15 years. We do not request a specific location for this position.
What you will do
In this position you will be responsible for the quality of the competence development products, the time to market of their release and the accuracy of budget for the development of the learning. You will lead the optimization and update of systems and tools that enables training content creation, management, and distribution in collaboration with Global Learning team, GIM and Transformation drivers.
As a Learning System and Content Manager you will:
Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to transform, innovate, maintain the Tetra Pak field force Learning Portfolio and the Customer Training portfolio.
Lead a team of Tools and Systems owners to optimize and update systems and tools that enable training content management, distribution and learning experience.
Implement solutions for scale up of Learning Journeys creation collaborating with Tetra Pak teams or external partners.
Collaborate closely with Portfolio to work on the development of learning priorities and feedback the status of development and training production.
Secure adoption of latest solutions and technologies to drive effective learning experience and digital training with technical content.
Upskill the team to secure highest capabilities in learning design and experience.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Strategy of Next Generation Competence Development for Tetra Pak Services.
Drive methodological innovations into data science and digital products in the different functional areas such as services, product development, supply chain, operations optimization, and similar domains

We believe you have
To succeed in the role, you have proven experience in driving transformation and implementation of new ways of working, managing a high-performing team, you have an awareness of Services business and be exposed to field service and field force competence development.
You have a strength in change management, you are result oriented, a strategic thinker and deploys resources rapidly according to priorities. You are a quality driver and confident in delegation.
