Inbound Customer Care for Online Fashion Stores

(Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian) Full-Time; Malmö, Sweden

Boozt is a full service e-commerce company, which has been building and operating online

fashion stores since 2007. We work with both Nordic and International fashion brands. We

manage the entire process of online sales, including logistics, product and order management,

customer service, IT support and online marketing. We are currently more than 90 employees

and our headquarter office is in Malmö, Sweden.

Boozt is looking for energetic and personable customer support agents to join our global

customer care team. We are responsible for building relationships with customers, going above

and beyond to resolve customer issues, and coordinating across internal Boozt teams to put

customers first. Boozt care team is: friendly, empathetic, professional and articulate. Our team is

empowered to really solve problems with our customers, and know when to question the norm to

make sure they have the Boozt experience.

Our founders believe in delivering exceptional customer service and so our agents need to be

exceptional people. Being bilingual in Lithuanian/English or Latvian/English or Estonian/

English is a must. Additional languages, like Russian, Swedish or Danish, will also be of

interest to us. We need fast typing skills, an engaging phone manner, sharp troubleshooting

skills and a sense of humor.

Skills/Requirements

You must:

ß Have impeccable writing skills and a friendly and professional phone manner

ß Be even-tempered, kind and respectful and able to remain calm under pressure

ß Have strong computer skills: Minimum 55 WPM, Office (Word, Excel), Internet savvy

ß Be a team player who is willing to take on responsibilities outside of your defined role

ß Be flexible and comfortable adapting to new processes and systems

ß Be comfortable making judgment calls, staying cool in unique situations and challenging

customer situations

ß Be a fast leaner who?s able to hit the ground running in learning and working across

multiple systems

ß Have a flexible schedule and a willingness to work non-traditional hours and weekends

ß Have a desire to ensure all Boozt customers leave every interaction with a smile
