We are currently looking for a talented individual to join the Sweden Sales Support team located in Gothenburg.

To fulfill the ambition to grow the logistics product in Northern Europe we are searching for a Solutions Coordinator to join Logistics in Gothenburg (or Oslo). This role reports into the Manager Logistics Solutions EMEA.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a person with experience within the logistics sector, preferably both land-based transport as well as sea transports. You are a proactive team player with a sense of urgency. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and display flexibility and problem-solving to meet changing priorities and business needs.

Purpose of the role

• To operate existing business in Sweden and Norway
• Support Customer Growth in delivering on ambition for LS and delivering new solutions
• To consistently deliver an outstanding and professional service, through understanding of our customer’s needs, in order to achieve total customer satisfaction and to generate optimal results:
• To provide day-to-day logistics coordination (operational and administrative) for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics Solutions customers
• Operational coordination, planning and monitoring of service providers to Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics Services and its customers
• Perform specific tasks in a way that directly contribute to the achievement of contractual objectives, specifically the contractually agreed performance targets (KPI’s) ensuring high quality customer services and any possible future or other contracts.
• Interact with our customers, accept & handle all customer enquiries.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive new business growth.
• Ensure follow up on Customer Satisfaction within set framework.

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with team members
• Graduated from a logistics-oriented Master or Bachelor Degree and / or relevant shipping, transportation or logistics industry experience of 1 - 2 years
• Results and growth driven
• Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative- ability to foster an agile working environment.
• Good ability to identify opportunities, based on customer’s need and requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving and analysis
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
