As Maintenance Engineer you will on a daily basis work with support, maintenance and troubleshooting with our emission measurement systems, which includes planning, preparation and follow up work. You will also participate in investment projects and method development. In your role you work closely with other maintenance departments that support the laboratory and you will have a broad network all over R&D.

Working with us as a Maintenance Engineer you will be a part of the Emission Laboratory and the group Vehicle & Systems Testing technology. The varieties of tasks handled by the group are broad, from constructing test facilities to calibrate and service instrumentation, gas distribution systems, computer equipment and software related to emission testing.

Main Responsibilities

· Troubleshooting, development and maintenance of the emission measurement systems
· Be a support person regarding the emission measurement systems
· Develop technical solutions for the emission laboratory
· Contribute to secure that the right systems and techniques are used
· Contribute to secure that the methods, systems and machines that are used are calibrated and well taken care of
· Participate in projects and network all over R&D
· Be an adviser in discussions and procurements with suppliers

Required qualifications

· Technical College, meritorious is Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineering
· At least 2 years experience of Analytical Emissions Systems
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken
· Driving licence, *B*
· Some experience from working within Automotive industry
