YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be the key right hand to the Group Sustainability Manager, providing support across a wide range of initiatives. You will take an active role as a member of the Ingka Sustainability Management Team.


More in detail you will:


• Organise the Ingka Sustainability Committee meetings, including proposal of agenda and decision points, stakeholder management, minutes and following up on action points.
• Lead the coordination of the implementation of the People & Planet Positive Strategy and Strategic Initiatives
• Plan, coordinate and administrate the business year cycle for Group Sustainability
• Support the Group Sustainability Manager on projects and activities needed to secure an effective and efficient Group Sustainability team, information sharing and operations. Including follow up of line budget performance.


This is a maternity cover position for 13 months, where you will get the chance to grow, learn and develop before moving on into another assignment. The role is based in Malmö, and will require some travelling to Leiden office in the Netherlands.
