Management Trainee

Norrsken Foundation is looking for a Management Trainee to join us after the summer. We are expanding in many areas and need a stellar addition to the Norrsken team!
At Norrsken, we help entrepreneurs solve the world’s greatest challenges. As a management trainee, you will play a crucial role in achieving that, working closely with the management team and, in parallel, being involved in the most important projects Norrsken is driving right now.
Ten years from now, when you look back at your time at Norrsken, it will be hard to decide what you’re most proud of. It might simply be being part of such an incredible team. Or it might be the projects and processes you have led, which have shaped the development of Norrsken and put us on the global map. It might be how you initiated vital partnerships, built a fantastic network, or grew professionally and handled all the challenges that were thrown your way. But more than anything, it will probably be how you helped and supported entrepreneurs, focused on solving the world’s most complex and important problems, to achieve their missions and goals.

In this role, you will, among many things:
Report directly to the CEO
Support the work of the Norrsken Management team
Prepare and be part of Management meetings
Evaluate, analyse and drive critical projects
Support the team hands-on, including operational projects, working together with partners, evaluating opportunities and supporting the international expansion

The position is based in Stockholm and will require some travelling. Salary is 35,000 SEK/month, 7 weeks of vacation and really good benefits.
