Manager for Team Chemical Analysis within Custom

The job You will be the day-to-day manager of a cross-disciplinary team of product specialists and technical support engineers.You will also be responsible for our application- and demonstration laboratory. Your main responsibilities will be: Strong and attentive team management in terms of setting goals, motivating, prioritizing, follow-up on tasks etc.Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders Ensuring that technical- and application problems are resolved to the customers satisfaction and within our promised response time.Analyse data on customer problems, initiate corrective actions and take part in Product Quality Evaluation forum.Plan and coordinate application development to the Chemical Analysis (CA) product range.The responsibilities of your team are: Providing pre- and after sales support on specialist level acting as 2nd line of defense to FOSS Sales & Service Companies and distributor organization.Organize and offer service- and product trainings.Participate in product development projects giving input to service-, usability- and performance requirements.Together with the Technical Documentation team produce and maintain user- and service manuals.Definition and classification of spare parts and spare part kits Your daily work-base will be in Höganäs.Qualifications We are looking for a person with a university degree in analytical chemistry or chemical engineering combined with three or more years of experience as team leader/manager.You have a proven track record within: Project management Driving change processes Application support or technical support to analytical instruments You are a strong communicator, who holds the ability to communicate in a clear and open manner with both internal and external stakeholders.As a manager you motivate your group by demonstrating a persistent drive for change.You are service minded and approach your work in a systematic and analytical way.We offer A challenging job, in an international and innovative company, that is the leading in its field.This means, that you will get the opportunity to work with the most advanced technology together with highly skilled colleagues in a strong cross-functional teamwork.
