Nu Creatives client is an agency offering integrated advertising, where web constitutes around 30%, a share that is growing. The agency was founded in the early 90's with a focus on action marketing and sales-driven communication. Over the years they have broadened their offer and nowadays they work with various kinds of integrated projects for their local and global clients. They are around 40 employees and have a nice office in central Stockholm city. We are now looking for a Manager of Online Operations. The Job This is a dual role - 50% project management and 50% team management. Together with the web director you'll shape and develop the digital offer of the agency. The project management involves a comprehensive responsibility over web projects - some being part of integrated projects, and some are standalone projects. You'll work with budgeting, time estimates, resource allocation, client meetings as well as making sure the projects are delivered as expected, within time and budget. At hand you have a good team of creatives, developers and producers. The team management involves a comprehensive responsibility over the web team - wages, development discussions etc, as well as together with the web director make sure the department has a healthy and well-performing culture, at present and ahead. Experience, Skills and Attributes A minimum of 2 years' experience from web project management Previous experience from team management A great sence for personnel and clients A strong knowledge of digital marketing A prestigeless attitude Independent and well-structured A driven and passionate personality A proactive and sales-focused mind-set is added value Start Date Preferrably during May.
