Marketing Director, Hyper Island Stockholm

The position as a Marketing Director primarily entails full responsibility for all Hyper Island s marketing activities towards current and future students as well as the global industry.This involves full responsibility for budget, quality assurance, process and personnel management. The position is due from March 1st - 31st of December, 2010.[[[ The Marketing Director will be responsible for all marketing for Hyper Island s two main business areas; short-term courses (Master Class) and long-term programs (several programs in both Karlskrona and in Stockholm).The main aims for the short-term courses is to fill the Master Class-courses in Sweden, U.K and U.S.For the long-term programs the focus lies on filling our Diploma program seats (100 seats) and the AVET-program seats.[[[ The Marketing Director will be fully responsible for all marketing activities, process, structure and budget.You will be[Stockholm based but there will be regular travel to Hyper Island in Karlskrona and our partners around the world.You will report directly to the CEO.[ [ Preferably, you are experienced in an entrepreneurial organisation and have several years?experience of marketing and delivery with budgetary responsibility.You will have experience in some form of personnel management.As a person, you are highly structured, skilled in delivering on time and budget and like things to be orderly but are aware that improvisational ability is also crucial to successful results.You are business-minded, goal-orientated and passionate about motivating others.You are solution-orientated and keen to make contacts and be outgoing.Your spoken and written english is excellent.
