We need a person that knows how to cook mexican high cuisine from the states of Guanajuato, Oaxaca and Estado de Mexico as well as traditional specialties. Knowledge in Cuban cuisine is also needed. The responsibilities are to design menus and execute them, as well as help with the overall cleaning of the restaurant and the hotel.
